    Executive Summary

A national brand, built to commercial standard.

Tavrix Group engaged Refrakt to oversee its strategic market positioning and to build a scalable digital infrastructure capable of supporting national expansion. We directed the entire brand architecture, from initial identity and market placement through to custom web deployment and CRM tracking.

This foundational setup ensured the business was fully optimised to handle high-profile national exposure in The Times and on TNT Sports, while giving the executive team absolute visibility over marketing return on investment.

    The Programme

    Eight strategic phases, governed end-to-end.

    Phase 01

    Market positioning & identity architecture

We began by defining Tavrix Group's commercial positioning to ensure maximum authority within their sector. Refrakt directed the creation of a premium visual identity and logo, aligning brand assets with high-value corporate procurement expectations.

This phase established a clear, unified market presence designed to capture share and command immediate institutional trust.

    Phase 02

    Web infrastructure & asset development

With the positioning framework secured, we mapped out and deployed a high-performing digital platform. The website architecture was engineered for rapid load speeds, search compliance and optimal lead capture.

The site acts as the central hub for Tavrix Group's digital operations, built to convert corporate interest into structured, qualified inquiries.

    Phase 03

    Brand governance during national exposure

As Tavrix Group scaled, the brand secured major national features in The Times and on TNT Sports. Refrakt ensured the company's digital infrastructure and pipeline workflows were stress-tested and prepared for the influx of institutional traffic.

This proactive risk management protected reputation under the national spotlight and ensured zero leakage in the sales funnel.

    Phase 04

    Sales collateral & brochure design

With press exposure driving inbound demand, we designed a premium investor brochure to convert interest into qualified conversations. Editorial layout, commercial narrative and asset-class positioning all directed and delivered by Refrakt.

The brochure functions as the primary sales document, issued post-enquiry from the website, PR features and TV ad response, and is the lead-gen anchor that pulls press attention into the pipeline.

    Phase 05

Lead generation funnel from brochure to pipeline

Every distribution channel, paid press placements, the TNT Sports TV ad, organic site traffic and direct outreach, was wired to a single lead-capture flow. Prospects request the brochure, enter the nurture sequence, and are routed to the sales team with full source attribution attached.

No leakage between awareness and enquiry, the funnel was engineered so every printed page and every ad slot has a measurable downstream value.

    Phase 06

Paid media on Meta, LinkedIn & Google

We built and ran the full paid-media programme across Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads. Meta and Instagram carried the editorial story creatives, LinkedIn targeted high-net-worth investors and finance professionals, and Google captured active demand across search and display.

Every creative, from square feed units to vertical stories and Google display banners, was produced in-house by Refrakt and routed to the same brochure-request funnel, so paid social and paid search fed the same attributed pipeline as press and TV.

    Phase 07

National print feature in The Times

Tavrix Group ran as a full-page feature in The Times print edition, positioned inside the finance pages alongside the FTSE listings, the highest-authority environment available for a UK investment brand.

Refrakt directed the creative, QR-tracked the placement into the CRM, and mirrored the same visual language across the paid social and Google campaigns so the print feature and the digital ads reinforced a single, coherent brand story.

    Phase 08

CRM build & true ROI attribution

We built a bespoke CRM that tracks every brochure scan, QR hit, TV ad response, press click and inbound call back to its originating channel, including individual print placements, individual TV slots and each paid social and Google campaign. Each lead is tagged at source and followed through to closed revenue.

The executive team now has real ROI per channel, per ad, per placement, not blended marketing spend. Budget moves toward what actually returns capital, and underperforming channels are cut on data, not instinct.

    Questions

What people ask about this project

What did Refrakt Digital do for Tavrix Group?
Refrakt Digital directed commercial positioning and brand architecture, built the website and CRM data infrastructure, then ran Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads alongside a national print feature in The Times.
How do you market a whisky cask investment brand compliantly?
By leading with provenance, physical asset ownership and storage credentials rather than return promises, and by keeping every claim documented and consistent across ads, landing pages and sales conversations.
Can an agency handle brand, website, CRM and ads together?
Yes. Running strategy, build, data and paid media through one senior team removes the handover gaps that usually cost performance, and every channel feeds the same lead record.
Do you work with other investment and high-value brands?
Yes. Refrakt Digital works with premium, high consideration brands across the UK and Dubai on web design, SEO, AI search visibility and paid media.
